3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) lenabet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lenabet login credentials. You must notify lenabet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. lenabet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.
3.4 Verification (KYC). lenabet may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on lenabet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. lenabet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank), and debit cards. lenabet does not accept credit card gambling deposits or cryptocurrency transactions.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the lenabet platform and may be updated from time to time. Players are advised to check current limits within their account dashboard.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. lenabet reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions. lenabet reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has abused a promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
5.4 lenabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have met the applicable conditions.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on lenabet is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All RNG-based games on lenabet use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Live dealer games use physical equipment under continuous camera supervision.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, lenabet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. lenabet's decision in such matters is final.

9.2 lenabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lenabet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 lenabet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
10.1 lenabet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using lenabet, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
